S&C with CSIO: Step Up

Learn simple strength and conditioning exercises with CSIO’s experts in S&C with CSIO!
  1. Stand forward facing in front of a stable, step-up box.
  2. Lift off your left foot and plant it on the box.
  3. Shifting your weight to the left foot, use your core to lift the right foot off the ground to plant it on the box.
  4. Lower to the ground with your right foot and repeat.

You should feel this exercise in your quadriceps.
