S&C with CSIO: Neutral Grip Pull Ups

Learn simple strength and conditioning exercises with CSIO’s experts in S&C with CSIO!
  1. Start by reaching overhead and grasp a bar with a neutral grip (palms facing each other)
  2. Lean back from the waist to protect your head from hitting the bar
  3. Pull your body up until your upper chest is in line with the bar
  4. Extend the arms to slowly lower to the ground

You should feel this exercise in your upper and mid back, shoulders and biceps.
