- Start by reaching overhead and grasp a bar with a neutral grip (palms facing each other)
- Lean back from the waist to protect your head from hitting the bar
- Pull your body up until your upper chest is in line with the bar
- Extend the arms to slowly lower to the ground
You should feel this exercise in your upper and mid back, shoulders and biceps.
