S&C with CSIO: Neutral Grip Dumbbell Shoulder Press

Learn simple strength and conditioning exercises with CSIO’s experts in S&C with CSIO!
  1. Start seated upright on a bench, holding a dumbbell in each hand with a neutral grip (palms facing each other).
  2. Curl the dumbbells up to your shoulders to start.
  3. Keeping the same grip, push the dumbbells overhead as if you’re trying to touch the ceiling.
  4. Pause and return slowly to shoulder height.

You should feel this exercise in your shoulders.
