S&C with CSIO: Farmer’s Carry

Learn simple strength and conditioning exercises with CSIO’s experts in S&C with CSIO!
  1. Start by holding dumbbells or kettlebells in both hands at your sides.
  2. Begin to walk forward slowly without allowing your body to bend to either side.
  3. Think of walking as tall and in control as possible.

You should feel this exercise in your core, forearms and hands.
