S&C with CSIO: Banded Paddlers

Learn simple strength and conditioning exercises with CSIO’s experts in S&C with CSIO!
  1. Attach or loop a band to an overhead hook or over the top of a door or squat rack.
  2. Start kneeling on one knee in front of the band.
  3. Grasp the band with both hands and pull it down to the opposite side.

You should feel this exercise in your abdominals and arms.
