S&C with CSIO: Banded Front Squat

Learn simple strength and conditioning exercises with CSIO’s experts in S&C with CSIO!
  1. Start standing grasping the band in either hand, with your feet shoulder width apart and on top of bands.
  2. Curl the handles up to hold them comfortably by your shoulders.
  3. Looking straight ahead with a tight core, pull your body down while keeping your knees aligned with your feet.
  4. Lift back up to start position.

You should feel this exercise in your lower body.
