- Start standing grasping the band in either hand, with your feet shoulder width apart and on top of bands.
- Curl the handles up to hold them comfortably by your shoulders.
- Looking straight ahead with a tight core, pull your body down while keeping your knees aligned with your feet.
- Lift back up to start position.
You should feel this exercise in your lower body.
