S&C with CSIO: Banded Alternating Shoulder Press

Learn simple strength and conditioning exercises with CSIO’s experts in S&C with CSIO!
  1. Start by holding an end of a band in each hand, standing in the middle of the band with feet shoulder width apart.
  2. Bring your hands up to shoulder height so that your palms face forward.
  3. Press one arm overhead until your arm is fully extended.
  4. As you lower this hand, start to press the other overhead.

You should feel this exercise in your shoulders.
