S&C with CSIO: Leg Curls

Learn simple strength and conditioning exercises with CSIO’s experts in S&C with CSIO!
  1. Start seated in the leg curl machine with your back against the padding, ankles in front and on the roller pad and legs fully extended
  2. Grasp the handles at the sides of the machine
  3. Bend your knees to pull the roller pad down until your knees are at a 90 degree angle
  4. Slowly extend the knees back to starting position

You should feel this exercise in your quadriceps muscles.
