Massage At Home – Back Of Thigh Muscles

We will go through some simple anatomy for the muscles that make up the back of the thigh aka Hamstrings. Also, there will be a demonstration on how to use different massage tools and household objects to help decrease tightness, soreness and adhesions in that region.
