Massage At Home: Back And Side Of Hip Muscles

We will go through some simple anatomy for the muscles that make up the back and side of the hips aka Gluteal region/Glutes/Buttocks. Also, there will be a demonstration on how to use different massage tools and household objects to help decrease tightness, soreness and adhesions in that region.
