Over the past 25 years there has been tremendous growth in the role that sport science support plays in helping athletes of all levels achieve their goals. One of the key areas of support has been Strength and Conditioning (S&C). More and more, coaches are realizing that a strength program can have a significant impact on a team’s performance and that a qualified, experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach is the best way to ensure their athletes are reaching their full physical potential. Any time a new person is brought into a team, either as a coach or support staff, there is a need to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
