Monday, August 6th Civic Holiday Closure

On Monday, August 6th CSIO will not be offering open hours. AAP athletes are encouraged to use the TPASC fitness facility which will be open from 8:00am to 3:30pm. Any scheduled group training sessions will take place as communicated by your S&C coach.

AAP carded athletes have access to the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre facilities at no cost, however athletes must register with the building before accessing services for the first time. Registration can be completed at the reception desk located next to the food court at the South entrance of the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre building.

Effective Tuesday, July 3rd - Summer Open Training Hours:

Supervised Open S&C Hours for AAP Carded Athletes 
Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 2:00 pm*

*Gym time is available outside of those hours by arrangement directly with your CSIO S&C Coach

Saturday 10:00 am – 2:00 pm Supervised Open S&C Hours for AAP Carded Athletes will resume in the Fall, exact date TBD
