Appropriate for all skill levels. This session will help to increase your flexibility, strength, and balance as well as reduce stress and develop a greater mind-body connection. Participants will practice a variety of yoga poses and breath work that will contribute to an enhanced well-being.
*If you are choose the in-person option, please bring your own yoga mat, and any yoga equipment you would like to use (i.e. yoga block or other accessories)*
Raffle prizes will be awarded to participating CSIO registered or partnered athletes and coaches only.
