This can help us feel better mentally and physically – so while you nourish your brain, you feel better, too!
Join the CSIO nutrition team in preparing, cooking, and enjoying a meal that will nourish your body and brain. You can choose to cook-along at the CSIO Performance Kitchen, at home, or simply join the session and watch the demonstration – there will be great tips and discussion no matter which option you choose!
