CSIO & Game Plan Self Care Week 2023 | Mindfulness Session

This session will include several simple guided mindfulness practices as the basis for discussion about how mindfulness can support your mental wellness, resilience, and performance. Mindfulness is an essential skill that we can all cultivate, though it can be difficult in a busy world and with a fast-paced lifestyle. This session will introduce what mindfulness is and highlight how we can enhance our focus on the present moment as a means for enhancing mental health, self-awareness, energy, and joy in life. Participants will be provided with handouts with tips for mindfulness practice and related tools for enhancing mental health.

 

Raffle prizes will be awarded to participating CSIO registered or partnered athletes and coaches only.
